Gyudon
Gyudon
How to Make
In a pan, add water, Tokkyu shoyu (Yamamori brand), sugar, sake, dashi powder and ground ginger to mix.
Then put the sliced beef into scalding. When the texture begins to change colour Put it on a plate and set it aside.
Put onion slices into it. Cook over medium heat until the onions begin to cook.
Put the blanched meat back into the pan, moderately heated, not too long because it will make the meat hard.
Scoop over steamed rice. Sprinkle with spring onions and pickles, and ready to serve.
