Souffle Pancakes

How to Make

  1. Separate the yolk from the white. Then put the egg yolks in a bowl, add milk, lemon juice and pancake batter to mix and set aside.
  2. Beat the egg whites until peaks form. Then add sugar and beat together.
  3. Add 1 part of the white fever that has been beaten to the top and put it into the bowl of the egg yolk mixture. Gently mix them.
  4.  Mix egg whites with egg yolks. Pour into the remaining egg whites in the bowl. Stir well.
  5. Heat the pan, and add butter. When the butter melts, pour the batter into the pancake mix, grill for about 2 minutes, then turn over and cover the oven until done. Served with butter or whipped cream, finished.

Chicken eggs
1 egg
Hot Cake Mix Powder (Yamamori brand)
15 g
Milk
10 g
Lemon juice
3-4 drops
Sugar
5 g
Butter
as appropriate
