Tofu Hot Pot

How to Make

  1. Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix tofu shabu-shabu soup by adding Shirodashi, soy milk, water and miso. Set the pot on low heat.
  3. Put all the ingredients into it. And add a little fire until all is cooked. Scoop out all the bubbles, then turn off the flame and finish.

2 Serve
Shirodashi (Yamamori brand)
100 ml
Unsweetened Soy Milk
600 ml.
Miso
30 g
Water
400 ml
Pork Shabu
200 g
Tofu
1 loaf
Chinese Cabbage
1/4 head
Japanese scallions
1 tree
Shimeji mushrooms
1 pack
Carrots
1/2 head
