How to Make
Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
Mix tofu shabu-shabu soup by adding Shirodashi, soy milk, water and miso. Set the pot on low heat.
Put all the ingredients into it. And add a little fire until all is cooked. Scoop out all the bubbles, then turn off the flame and finish.

Japanese scallions
1 tree
Shimeji mushrooms
1 pack

How to Make
Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
