How to Make

  1. Prepare the squid. By chevroning in a line without breaking the octopus
  2. Add Japanese seasoning sauce, Amakuchi, Shoyu, Yamamori brand, sake, sugar, mirin, and ground ginger in a pan. Then put the chevron squid into the pan. Close the lid.
  3. Use medium heat to boil until the sauce starts to dry. Scoop onto a plate, sprinkle with sliced ​​green onions, and finish.
