Add Japanese seasoning sauce, Amakuchi, Shoyu, Yamamori brand, sake, sugar, mirin, and ground ginger in a pan. Then put the chevron squid into the pan. Close the lid.
Use medium heat to boil until the sauce starts to dry. Scoop onto a plate, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and finish.
