Chashu Pork

How to Make

  1. Bring pork belly to roll into a log. Then tie it with a string around the pork piece tightly.
  2. Put a pot of water Add green onions, garlic and ginger. When the water boils, add the tied pork. Boil and leave for about 1 hour.
  3. Add Yamamori Japanese Soy Sauce, Tokkyu, Mirin, Sake, and sugar in another pot. Add Japanese green onion, garlic and ginger. When it boils, bring the cooked pork to burn in this pot instead. Cover with foil and boil for another 1 hour.
  4. Let the pork cool in the pot, then put it in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
  5. Cut the pork out to make various dishes such as Ramen, Chachu don etc.

500 g
Japanese scallions
2 trees
Ginger Sliced
10 pcs
Garlic
8 petals
Tokkyu Japanese Soy Sauce (Yamamori Brand)
250 ml
Mirin
250 ml
Sake
1 tbsp
Sugar
1 litter
Water
