How to Make

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with Amakuchi Soy sauceYamamori Brand, grated ginger, grated garlic and pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, add enough oil to cover the chicken a little. at a heat of about 180 degrees
  3. Mix the marinated chicken with tapioca flour. by shaking off the excess before frying
  4. Fry until it turns golden brown and you're done! Squeeze a lemon and eat with vegetables of your choice.

300 g
Amakuchi Soy Sauce (Yamamori Brand)
2 tbsp
Finely grated garlic
1 tps
Grated ginger
1 tps
Peppe
a little
Tapioca flour
as appropriate
Vegetable oil for frying
