MABO TOFU SOUP

How to Make

  1. Cut the tofu into dice-sized pieces.
  2. Boil water, add 2 packs of Yamamori Mabo Tofu Stir-Fry Sauce, add tofu. and chicken-flavoured seasoning powder, and stir well.
  3. Mix tapioca flour with 3 tablespoons of water, stir until dissolved, then put into the pot, until it boils.
  4. Beat the chicken eggs. When the water boils, pour the eggs into the pot. Leave it without stirring, the eggs will rise by themselves.
  5. Sprinkle spring onions, finished
