Yakiniku Beef with bean sprout
Yakiniku Beef with bean sprout
How to Make
Marinate sliced beef or pork with 2 tablespoons of Yakiniku Tare, sesame oil and sake (if available). Set aside.
Cut onions and carrots into strips about 5 cm long.
Set the pan, and bring the meat to stir fry until cooked. Scoop up and set aside on a plate.
Use the same pan to stir-fry carrots. and large onions until cooked Add bean sprouts and continue to stir.
When the bean sprouts start to cook, add the stir-fried meat and season with 2 teaspoons of Yakiniku Tare, salt and pepper.
Put on a plate, sprinkle with sliced green onions , and finished.
