How to Make

  1. Heat a pot with water and add dashi kombu to it and simmer for about 30 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add the necessary vegetables and tofu.
  3. For the meat, when eating, dip it until it's just cooked. Dip with Ponzu sauce and Sesame Sauce.

Pork or beef slices
600-800g
Chinese cabbage
1 pcs
Japanese green onion (diagonally sliced)
2 pcs
Tofu
1 pack
Shiitake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms
as appropriate
Carrot
as you like
Dashi Kombu
as you like
Ponzu Shoyu (Yamamori brand)
as you like
Sesame Sauce (Yamamori brand)
as you like
Water
as appropriate
