How to Make
Cut the pork belly into about 2 inches size and mix it with a little tapioca flour.
Heat a pan with a little oil. Then fry the pork until cooked and moderately yellow.
Put water in the pot, green onion, and sliced ginger, then put the fried pork into it.
Add Tokkyu soy sauce and the remaining ingredients. Boil and leave for about 2-3 hours until the pork is soft and finished.
