Yamamori Trading organized the Yamamori Cooking Challenge, an internal cooking competition designed to encourage creativity, teamwork, and new ideas through food.

Employees from different departments formed teams and took on the challenge of creating Thai-inspired dishes using Yamamori sauces and seasonings. Each team explored how Japanese seasonings could be creatively incorporated into Thai cuisine while maintaining the distinctive character of Thai flavors.

Throughout the activity, participants worked together on every step — from selecting ingredients and developing recipes to adjusting flavors, presentation, and plating. The resulting creations included a variety of savory dishes and desserts, demonstrating new possibilities for combining Japanese taste with Thai culinary culture.

More than just a cooking competition, the event provided an opportunity for employees from different departments to exchange ideas and gain hands-on experience with Yamamori products. It also encouraged participants to explore new ways in which the products can be used beyond traditional Japanese dishes.
