Yamamori Trading Co., Ltd. was delighted to welcome students from Debsirin School, together with representatives from the Debsirin School Parents and Teachers Association, for an educational visit to our manufacturing facility.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to explore the traditional Japanese soy sauce production process, which follows authentic Japanese brewing techniques. They also learned about the manufacturing processes of our seasoning sauces and ready-to-eat products, gaining insights into every stage—from raw material selection and production to quality control—ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality and food safety.

To make the experience even more engaging, our team organized a fun hands-on workshop where participants made pancakes using Yamamori's pancake mix. The activity allowed everyone to enjoy our products while creating memorable experiences through interactive learning.

We hope this factory visit has broadened the students' perspectives on the food manufacturing industry, inspired their curiosity, and provided valuable real-world learning experiences.
